Stewed Hamburger Steak Recipe
Meaning To Our Family
This is my grandmother's recipe passed down to my mother,
and we eat this quite often. My mother commented this as,
When I cooked this recipe for my nephew recently,
he recognised the taste as his grandmother's
stewed hamburger steak.
Ingredients
"A" is the ingredients for the steak itself,
and "B" is the ingredients for the sauce.
A is the amount for 1 person, but B is the amount for 5 people.
Prep time is about an hour.

| minced meat |
70g |
| onion |
35g |
| panko (breadcrums) |
10g |
| milk |
10ml |
| egg |
12g |
| salt |
1.3g |
| pepper |
1 or 2 teaspoons |
| B |

1/2 cup |
| water |
1 cup |

Instructions
- Mince the onions and pan-fry them.
- Immerse the panko with milk.
- Add all other ingredient in "A" and mix them.
- Make the steak shape and grill them until the steaks
are golden brown.
- Mix all the ingredients in "B". Add the steaks into
the sause and stew them to the inside,
and you are finished!
Tips and Possibble Substitutions
- Since the steak is stewed, it could be better if
you leave it a day or two than just eating it as soon
as you're done.
- For the meat, it is typical to use beef,
but you could mix with some pork if like that better.
- Breadcrums can definitely substitute for panko
if nowhere is selling them nearby.
